Steadybeat is a social media management service that allows users to publish content to multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) simultaneously. The service includes publishing tools, scheduling, AI-assisted content generation and analytics. The service is intended for business use. Publishing is done through the user's own social media accounts via the platforms' official APIs.

Using the service requires registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password. Steadybeat uses third-party APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) to publish content. By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize Steadybeat to publish content on your behalf to your selected accounts. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely for delivering the service.

You agree to follow these rules: - Do not publish illegal, offensive, or misleading content - Do not use the service for spam or automated mass posting - Comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) - Do not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or usage limits - Do not share your account or credentials with third parties

You retain all rights to the content you publish. Steadybeat does not own or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the service (publishing to your selected platforms). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the content you upload (images, videos, text) and that the content does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

Steadybeat uses the following third-party services: - Meta (Facebook, Instagram) – content publishing and analytics - Google (YouTube) – video publishing and analytics - TikTok – content publishing - LinkedIn – content publishing - Supabase – data storage (EU region) - OpenAI – AI-assisted content generation (optional) By using these integrations, you also agree to the terms of service of the respective platforms. Steadybeat is not responsible for the operation, availability, or changes of third-party services.

We strive to provide the service without interruption, but do not guarantee 100% availability. The service may experience planned maintenance windows and unexpected outages. Social media platforms may change their APIs, which can temporarily affect publishing functionality. In such cases, we aim to restore compatibility as quickly as possible.

Steadybeat is provided as is. We are not liable for: - Publishing failures due to platform API errors - Social media accounts being frozen or restricted by the platforms - Platform-specific changes that affect service functionality - Indirect damages such as lost business opportunities Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees you have paid in the last 12 months.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account or contacting our support. When your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed. We reserve the right to close or restrict accounts that violate these terms or use the service for abusive purposes.

We may update these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
